SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Sophomore Jana Jones (Charles Town, W.Va./Washington) rallied for an 0-6, 6-0, 6-0 win at number two singles to lift Shepherd to a 5-4 win over Alderson-Broaddus in women's tennis action at Shepherd on Wednesday.
The Rams also got singles wins from junior Katelynn Mumaw (Charles Town, W.Va./Washington) and sophomore Brooke Davis (Yellow Spring, WV/Hampshire).
Mumaw and Jones teamed for a win at number one doubles, while sophomores Chloe Raines (Hedgesville,WV/Musselman) and Emily Johnson (Mt. Airy, MD/South Carroll) combined for a victory at number three doubles.
