The Rams added an insurance goal as senior defender
Kelsey N. Smith (Hagerstown, Md./North Hagerstown) netted an unassisted tally at the 63:44 mark.

Anna Mueller (Sterling, Va./Potomac Falls) had six saves for the Rams. Zoe Zyta posted a pair of saves for the Golden Eagles.
Charleston had a 7-5 advantage in shots, while Shepherd held a 3-2 edge in corner kicks.
Shepherd improves to 7-5-1 overall, 5-4-0 in MEC play, while Charleston falls to 6-5-1, 5-4-0. The Rams return to action on Wednesday when they host Wheeling Jesuit for a 2:30 p.m. contest.
