Box Score SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University rallied past Concord for a 3-1 victory in MEC women's soccer action at Shepherd on Wednesday.
Concord took a 1-0 lead when Stacy Calder scored on an assist from Margot Provencher at the 6:34 mark.

Stephanie Cox (Damascus, Md./Damascus) scored an unassisted goal at the 7:50 mark.
The Rams took a 2-1 lead into the break as senior defender
Kelsey N. Smith (Hagerstown, Md./North Hagerstown) scored on a free kick at the 13:34 mark.

Katie Socks (Hagerstown, Md./North Hagerstown) added an insurance goal on an unassisted tally at the 72:03 mark.

Anna Mueller (Sterling, Va./Potomac Falls) had one save for the Rams. Lacie Geisel posted a save for the Mountain Lions.
Shepherd had a 17-3 advantage in shots and a 5-0 edge in corner kicks.
Shepherd improves to 6-5-1 overall, 4-4-0 in MEC play, while Concord drops to 4-4-3, 2-3-3. The Rams return to action on Saturday when they travel to Charleston for a 2:30 p.m. contest.
