Shepherd Men's Tennis Downs UVa-Wise

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University handed UVa-Wise an 8-1 setback in MEC men's tennis action at Cress Creek on Friday.
Shepherd swept the doubles competition.
The Rams also got singles wins from senior Michael Lesko (Mt. Airy, Md./Linganore), freshman Grant Davis (Harpers Ferry, W.Va./Martinsburg), junior Steve Kolumban (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg), junior Steven Lesko (Mt. Airy, Md./Linganore), and freshman Will Wheatley (Charles Town, W.Va./Washington).

The Rams return to action on Saturday when they take to the road to face Chestnut Hill at 1 p.m. and Bloomsburg at 7 p.m.
