Box Score GREENSBURG, Pa.  –  Shepherd University dropped a 3-1 decision to Seton Hill in volleyball action at Seton Hill on Tuesday night. The Griffins gained a 23-25, 25-17, 25-23 25-14 victory.

Senior right side Valerie Bour (Willoughby Hills, Ohio/Willoughby South) had 16 kills and 17 digs to pace the Rams. Freshman right side/setter Kayleigh Helgesen (Oceanside, Calif./El Camino ) added  16 kills, while Junior outside hitter Samantha Scroggins (Plainfield, Ill./Naperville North/Kishwaukee College) had a match-high 22 digs.

Junior right side/libero Taylor Allen (Inwood, W.Va./Musselman) had 18 digs, while senior setter Taylor Belella (Smithsburg, Md./Smithsburg)  posted a match-high 42 assists.

Corrine Gahagen had 20 kills to pace the Griffins.

Shepherd falls to 4-4, while Seton Hill improves to 8-0. The Rams return to action on Friday when they host UVa-Wise for a 7 p.m. match.
