WAYNESBORO, Pa. -- Shepherd University dropped an 8-1 decision to Chowan University in men's tennis action at The Tennis Club in Waynesboro, Pa. on Sunday.

Senior Steve Kolumban (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg Area Sr.) and classmate Steven Lesko (Mt. Airy, Md./Linganore) teamed for a 9-8 win at number one doubles for the Shepherd victory.

Shepherd falls to 0-3 on the season, while Chowan improves to 1-2. The Rams return to action on Feb. 21 when they travel to face Bluefield State College.
