Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Shepherd University dropped matches to Wayne State (3-1) and LIU Post (3-1) in volleyball action at the Lock Haven University Tournament on Friday.

Senior outside hitter Taylor Allen (Inwood, W.Va./Musselman) had eight kills and senior outside hitter/libero Samantha Scroggins (Plainfield Ill./Naperville North/Kishwaukee College) added seven against Wayne State (5-5).

Sophomore libero/defensive specialist Kelsey Anderson (Leesburg, Va./Loudoun County)  topped the Rams with 14 digs, while freshman setter Cyera Dixon (Rushville, Ohio/Fairfield Union) contributed 11 assists and a pair of aces.

Hannah Moore led Wayne State with 12 kills and 13 digs.

Junior outside hitter/right side Grace Simmons (Centreville, Va./Centreville) and Scroggins each had six kills against LIU Post. Dixon had 12 assists, while Anderson posted 14 digs.

Rachel Londot had 13 kills and 15 digs to lead LIU Post (5-1).

The Rams return to action on Saturday when they travel to face Salem International at 2 p.m. and Lock Haven at 7 p.m. in final day action of the Lock Haven Tournament.
