Samantha Scroggins (Plainfield Ill./Naperville North/Kishwaukee College) had 12 kills and 11 digs against Chowan. Sophomore middle hitter
Christine Jackson (Stafford, Va./North Stafford) added 12 kills, while freshman setter
Becca Kern (Martinsburg, W.Va./Musselman) had 23 assists.
Sophomore libero/defensive specialist
Kelsey Anderson (Leesburg, Va./Loudoun County) topped the Rams with 14 digs.
Suraya Chase had 13 kills and nine digs to lead Chowan.
Senior outside hitter
Taylor Allen (Inwood, W.Va./Musselman) had 10 kills and 11 digs to lead the Rams against Tuskegee. Jackson added six kills and nine blocks, while freshman setter
Cyera Dixon (Rushville, Ohio/Fairfield Union) contributed 13 assists.
Jamiah Buela-Nixon had eight kills to lead Tuskegee.
The Rams return to action on Friday when they travel to face Wayne State at 2 p.m. and LIU Post at 7 p.m. at the Lock Haven Tournament.
