Box Score SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio –  Katarina Doncevic scored on a feed from Norah Barnes at the 26:24 mark to lift Notre Dame (9-1-2, 8-1-2 MEC)  to a 1-0 win over Shepherd University (6-6-1, 5-6-1 MEC)  in Mountain East Conference  women's soccer action at Notre Dame on Wednesday afternoon.
 
Senior Kelsey Rhoderick (Frederick, Md./Governor Thomas Johnson) recorded four saves in goal for the Rams. Samantha Shoemaker posted four saves for the Falcons.
 
Notre Dame had a 14-6 advantage in shots, while Shepherd had a 2-1 edge in corner kicks.
 
The Rams return to action on Sunday when they host Wheeling Jesuit for a 3:30 p.m. matchup for Youth Soccer Day and Senior Day.
