HILTON HEAD, S.C. – Shepherd University posted a pair of victories in tennis action at Hilton Head on Tuesday. The Shepherd men (4-5) handed UMass Boston (0-4) an 8-1 setback, while the Shepherd women (4-8) recorded a 7-2 win over Minnesota Crookston (0-10).

Junior Grant Davis (Harpers Ferry, W.Va./Martinsburg) posted a 6-1, 6-1 win at number one singles for the men to lead four Rams with straight set victories.
 
Freshman Anna Bock (Hedgesville, W.Va./Hedgesville) recorded a 6-0, 6-0 win at number five singles and teamed with classmate Nicole Kees (Clear Spring, Md./Clear Spring) to post an 8-0 win at number three doubles for the women.
