Box Score SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University (4-5) dropped a 3-1 decision to Indiana (Pa.) (25-13, 25-23, 24-26, 26-24) in volleyball action at the Butcher Center on Tuesday night.

Freshman outside hitter Peyton Lindblad (Spotsylvania, Va./Riverbend) had 12 kills and junior outside hitter Amanda Snowden (Hagerstown, Md./Smithsburg) added 11 to lead the Rams.

Sophomore setter Becca Kern (Martinsburg, W.Va./Musselman) had 23 assists and eight digs. Freshman libero Imani Major (Gainesville, Va./Millbrook) recorded 13 digs, while junior libero Kelsey Anderson (Leesburg, W.Va./Loudoun County) chipped in with 10.

Alexis Anderson and Elora Pittman each had 11 kills to lead Indiana (Pa.) (8-1). Lindsay Moeller added 36 assists and 13 digs.

The Rams return to action on Friday when they travel to the Urbana Tournament to face Malone at 9 a.m. and Armstrong State at 5 p.m.
