Box Score SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio –  Guilherme Gloria Albuquerque scored a pair of goals to lift Notre Dame (10-4-0, 7-3-0 MEC) to a 4-0 win over Shepherd University (0-14-1, 0-9-0 MEC) in MEC men's soccer action at Notre Dame on Wednesday.

Notre Dame took a 1-0 lead into the break when Leonardo Paiva scored an unassisted goal at the 17:55 mark.

The Falcons took a 2-0 advantage when Leo Ceruti scored on a feed from Paiva at the 68:55 mark.

Albuquerque scored on an assist from Javier Mate at the 71:22 mark and added an unassisted tally at the 79:35 mark.

Senior goalkeeper Jacob Clements (Frederick Md./Tuscarora/Frederick CC) recorded seven saves for the Rams, while Daniele De Angelis did not record a save in a shutout effort for the Falcons.

Notre Dame had a 24-3 advantage in shots and a 10-0 edge in corner kicks.

The Rams return to action on Sunday when they host Wheeling Jesuit for Senior Day at 1 p.m.
