WAYNESBORO, Pa. – Shepherd University (10-10) dropped a 5-2 decision to Kutztown (3-12) in men's tennis action in Waynesboro on Wednesday.

Freshman Carter Davis (Harpers Ferry, W.Va./Martinsburg) posted a 6-1, 6-2 win at number one singles, while his brother, senior Grant Davis (Harpers Ferry, W.Va./Martinsburg), recorded a 7-5, 3-6, 10-6 victory at number two singles.

The Rams return to action on Friday at 11 a.m. when they face University of Charleston in first round action of the MEC Tournament at the Brian David Fox Tennis Center in Huntington, W.Va.
