SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Beginning September 2 for the home opener against Notre Dame College and continuing for the remainder of the season, Shepherd University will offer new parking options on game days for fans.
In an effort to provide ample parking for those visiting Shepherdstown and continue to strengthen the bond between Shepherd and the town, A Lot, adjacent to White Hall and located at the corner of High and Princess Street, will become a shared parking area between visitors to Shepherdstown and students and fans. There will be no tailgating permitted in A Lot moving forward.
To accommodate fans who wish to tailgate, Shepherd will open up F Lot on the west side of campus in front of the Butcher Center for tailgating. F Lot is free and open to anyone on a first-come, first-served basis.
Season reserved parking is still available for purchase in both B Lot and the new Cree Lot (C Lot) located on the site of the former Sara Cree Hall which is accessible through K-lot (the lot off Route 480 also known as the Erma Ora Byrd Hall lot). Fans wishing to purchase a season reserved pass can do so by calling 304-876-5527. A limited number of single game parking passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis the day of the game. B Lot spaces are $20 and C Lot spaces are $30.
