Shepherd University has launched its new, online ticketing reservation system in partnership with University Tickets. If you were a season ticket holder last year your season tickets have been assigned and will automatically populate in your purchase options once you have created an account. If you are a new customer, create an account and select the preferred seat of your choice, season reserved or general admission. Single game reserved and general admission tickets are also available. Season ticket holders from 2016 have until Friday, August 25 to renew their seats. Season tickets not renewed by that time will be released to the general public.
 
Seating

Create an Account with Shepherd University 
To create a new account as a season ticket holder go to www.shepherdrams.com and click the link on the top right side that says "Tickets" 
From there you will be sent to our secured, University Tickets page where you will be asked to create a new user profile. 
Once your profile has been created you will have the options to purchase your seats from last year. At this time, you can only purchase the seats assigned to you from last season. If you wish to add new seats you can do so beginning August 25 
 
Ticket Options
As part of our new system all customers will have the option of how they would like to enter the game at Ram Stadium.

3. Print your own paper ticket
 
YOU WILL BE ASKED AT CHECKOUT HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS. UNIVERSITY TICKETS ALSO OFFERS AN OPTION TO SHARE TICKETS ELECTRONICALLY. AT ANY TIME YOU CAN FORWARD YOUR ELECTRONIC TICKET. THIS IS AN OPTION IN YOUR USER ACCOUNT.
 
SHEPHERD UNIVERSITY STAFF WILL BE AVAILABLE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 10AM TO 4PM TO ASSIST YOU AS WE TRANSITION WITH UNIVERSITY TICKETS. ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE THROUGH BY CONTACTING US AT 304-876-5527/5422
