Box Score SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Sophomore defender Elishia Davis (Charleston, W.Va./George Washington) scored on a pass from sophomore midfielder Brooke Harwood (Capon Bridge, W.Va./Hampshire) at the 69:13 mark to help Shepherd (1-2-2, 1-1-2 MEC) battle to a 1-1 tie with University of Charleston (2-2-2, 1-1-2 MEC) in MEC women's soccer action at Shepherd on Sunday.

Charleston took a 1-0 lead into the break when Carly Anderson scored on a pass from Claire Couturier at the 21:39 mark.
 
 
Junior netminder Christi LaBella (Ijamsville, Md./Oakdale) recorded three saves for the Rams, while Zoe Zyta had two saves for the Golden Eagles.
Shepherd had a 12-8 advantage in shots, while Charleston held a 3-2 edge in corner kicks.
 
The Rams return to action on Wednesday when they travel to West Liberty for a 4:30 p.m. contest.
