SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University (10-4) gained a 3-0 (25-12, 25-5, 25-4) win over Bowie State (0-12) in non-conference volleyball action at the Butcher Center on Thursday night.

Sophomore outside hitter Cambriea Hill (Columbia, Md./Hammond)  had 11 kills and senior outside hitter Amanda Snowden (Hagerstown, Md./Smithsburg) added 10 to pace the Rams. Sophomore outside hitter Seone Goode (Fredericksburg, Va./Riverbend) posted seven kills.

Junior setter Becca Kern (Martinsburg, W.Va./Musselman) recorded 23 assists and nine aces, while freshman libero Milleysha Molina-Otero (Fairfax, Va./Chantilly) had a match-high seven digs.

The Rams return to action on Saturday when they travel to Salem International for a 1 p.m. match.
