MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – Shepherd University (8-2) handed host Millersville (4-4) a 3-1 setback in volleyball action at the Marauder Clash at Millersville University on Saturday. The Rams posted a 15-25, 25-19, 25-19, 25-19 victory. 

No information on a later match against Bloomfield College is available.

Junior outside hitter Peyton Lindblad (Spotsylvania, Va./Riverbend) had 16 kills and junior outside hitter Cambriea Hill (Columbia, Md./Hammond) added 14 to lead the Rams against Millersville. Lindblad added five aces, while Hill posted 10 digs.

Senior setter Becca Kern (Martinsburg, W.Va./Musselman) recorded 52 assists. Junior libero Imani Major (Gainesville, Va./Millbrook) topped the Rams with 22 digs.

Jayci Suseland had 14 kills and Lindsey Blevins added 13 for the Marauders.

The Rams return to action on Friday when they travel to Wheeling Jesuit for a 7 p.m. match.
