Shepherd Men’s Soccer Falls to East Stroudsburg

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – East Stroudsburg (6-2-3, 3-2-1 PSAC East) recorded a 2-0 win over Shepherd (2-9-1, 0-5-1 PSAC East) in PSAC East men's soccer action at Shepherd on Saturday.

Oliver Lundberg scored at the 30:18 mark to give the Warriors a 1-0 lead at the break.

Hubert Herrera added a goal at the 84:42 mark to complete the scoring.

Freshman goalkeeper Billy Wood (Williamsport, Md./Williamsport) recorded five saves for the Rams. Evan Miele posted four saves for the Warriors.

East Stroudsburg had a 17-8 advantage in shots and a 9-0 edge in corner kicks.

The Rams return to action on Oct.19 when they host West Chester for a 1 p.m. contest.
