WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Junior outfielder Brenton Doyle (Warrenton, Va./Kettle Run) of the Shepherd University baseball team has been named National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Atlantic Region Hitter of the Week.

Doyle batted .700 (7-for-10) to lead the Rams to a 4-0 week. He drove in five runs and scored 11. Doyle had three home runs and two doubles on the week. He added a .824 on base percentage and a 1.800 slugging percentage.
