SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. --- Shepherd University head football coach Ernie McCook announced today that 21 student-athletes have signed letters-of-intent to play football for the Rams in 2020. Among the signees are players from Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.
