SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University head football coach Ernie McCook announced today that 12 student-athletes have signed letters-of-intent to play football for the Rams for the 2021 season. Among the group are four players from Maryland, three from West Virginia, two from Pennsylvania and Florida, and one from Alabama.
