SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Senior quarterback Tyson Bagent (Martinsburg, W.Va./Martinsburg) of the Shepherd University football team was invited to the Reese's Senior Bowl by Jim Nagy, the executive director for the bowl, after practice on Wednesday. Bagent is the first Shepherd player to be invited to this game.

Additionally, Jason Suitt, director of sports marketing and strategic partnerships for Walk-On's Bistreaux restaurants, offered Bagent a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunity as part of the invitation.

The Senior Bowl will take place on February 4, 2023 in Mobile, Alabama.
