BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Shepherd University tennis teams dropped a pair of matches to Bloomsburg in PSAC East tennis action at Bloomsburg on Saturday. The men (5-8, 0-5 PSAC) dropped a 6-1 decision, while the women (7-7, 3-2 PSAC East) fell short on a 7-0 decision.
Freshman
Sebastian Sevilla (Ambato, Ecuador/Unidad Educativa Atenas) posted a 6-4, 6-3 win at number one singles for the men.
The men return to action on Thursday when they travel to Shenandoah for a 4 p.m. match. The women return to the courts on Saturday when travel to West Chester for a 1 p.m. match.
