SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University (0-1-1) and Bloomfield College (0-0-1) battled to a scoreless tie in men's soccer action at Shepherd on Saturday. 

Senior netminder Billy Wood (Williamsport, Md./Williamsport) recorded three saves in a shutout performance for the Rams. Matthew Brun had one save for Bloomfield. 

Bloomfield had an 11-6 advantage in shots with a 3-1 edge in shots on goal. Bloomfield led in corner kicks, 6-3.

The Rams return to action on Wednesday when they travel to Pitt-Johnstown for a 4 p.m. contest.
