FLEETWOOD, Pa. – Three members of the Shepherd University women's golf team competed in first-day action of the Kutztown Fall Invitational at the Moselem Springs Golf Club on Sunday. Alvernia shot a 320 to take the first-round lead. 

Sophomore Sara Veara (Berkeley Springs, W.Va./Berkeley Springs) shot an 83 to tie for fourth place to lead the Rams. She was followed by senior Olivia Rosick (Purcellville, Va./Woodgrove (89, T-14th) and sophomore Ryley Bolyard (Walkersville, Md./Walkersville/Meredith College) (108, T-30th). 

The Rams return to action on Monday for final-day tournament action. Action is slated to tee off at 11 a.m.
