LOCK HAVEN, Pa. –  Shepherd University has been picked to finish fourth in the 2023-24 PSAC East Men's Basketball Presason Poll as selected by the league's head coaches. The IUP Crimson Hawks and East Stroudsburg Warriors have been voted as the top teams in the Western and Eastern conferences, respectively.

The Western Division poll was a tight race between IUP and Calfornia, with IUP receiving five first-place votes and the Vulcans collecting four. In the East, East Stroudsburg (five first-place votes) outpaced West Chester (three) and Shepherd (one.)
