LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- Sophomore wide receiver/return specialist Cameron Dorner (New Market, Md./Oakdale) of the Shepherd University football team has been named PSAC East Special Teams Athlete of the Week as announced by the league office today.

With the Rams trailing California (Pa.) 28-17 in the third quarter, Dorner returned a kickoff 96 yards for a touchdown to close the gap to 28-24. Dorner then scored again on a 49-yard touchdown reception to give Shepherd a 30-28 lead, as the Rams held on for the eventual 44-34 victory. Offensively, Dorner collected nine receptions for 124 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
