Statement from Coach McCarty
"My time at Shepherd University has come to an end. Shepherd has been home to me and my family for over 17 years dating back to my time as a student-athlete. The people I've met, the coaches and players I've been so fortunate to work and coach with, have made this a truly unforgettable experience. To all the student-athletes, coaches, alumni, and parents who dedicated their time to support our program, THANK YOU! It's always said to leave things better than you found them and I know we did that together at an exceptional level during our 14 years. Thank you Shepherd University for the opportunity to lead this program and as always GO RAMS!"
