SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. –Shepherd University (4-5-0, 1-1-0 PSAC East) dropped a 2-0 decision to East Stroudsburg  (4-3-2, 1-0-1 PSAC East) in PSAC East men's soccer action at Shepherd on Saturday. 

East Stroudsburg took a 1-0 lead at the 17:36 mark on an unassisted tally by Ethan Flickinger.

The Warriors capped the scoring with a goal by Ryan Kiernan assisted by Hunter Stites at the 79:01 mark. 

Sophomore goalkeeper Aidan Houck (Ellicott City, Md./Marriotts Ridge) did not register a save for the Rams. Kevin Kretschman recorded four saves for the Warriors.

Shepherd had a 9-7 advantage in shots. The Rams had a 4-2 edge in shots on goal. Shepherd had an 8-1 advantage in corner kicks. 

The Rams return to action on Wednesday when they travel to Millersville for a 2 p.m. match.
