LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- Sophomore forward Joshua Petty (Bel Air, Md./John Carroll/Queens University of Charlotte) of the Shepherd University men's soccer team was named PSAC East Athlete of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday.

Petty recorded a hat trick in Shepherd's 3-1 win over Shippensburg last Wednesday.
