FLEETWOOD, Pa. – The Shepherd University women's golf team finished in fifth place in a six-team field at the Kutztown Fall Classic at Moselem Springs Golf Club on Monday. Bloomsburg took the team title with a 675 (+115). Senior Sara Veara (Berkeley Springs, W.Va./Berkeley Springs) fired a two-round total of 154 (75, 79) to take medalist honors.

She was followed by freshman Addison Buckland (New Market, Md./Urbana) (199, 25th), sophomore Kaylie Brown (Williamsport, Md./Williamsport) (202, 26th), freshman Natalee Johnson (Front Royal, Va./Skyline) (203, 27th), and sophomore Allison Wallace (Kearneysville, W.Va./Homeschooled) (231, 30th).

The Rams return to action on Thursday for the Husky Fall Invitational.
