PAWLEY'S ISLAND, SC. – The Shepherd University men's team completed final round action at the Pawley's Island Invitational at the Founders Club at Pawley's Island on Thursday. The men finished in 13th place in a 15-team field. Max Leppelmeier of Wayne State took individual medalist honors firing a two-round total of 139 (-5). Wayne State took team medalist honors with a score of 588.
 
Junior Joey Leisinger (Hagerstown, Md./South Hagerstown) and classmate Trey Rios (Denver, Pa./Cocalico) led the Rams as they tied for 55th with a 163. They were followed by junior Morgan Dehoff (Rohrersville, Md./Boonsboro) (T-74th, 167),  freshman Campbell Koegler (Wheeling, W.Va./Wheeling Park) (T-76th, 168), freshman Ben Heidrick (Rosedale, Md./Calvert Hall) (92nd, 175), and freshman Andrew Taylor (Summit Point, W.Va./Washington) (T-96th, 181).

The Rams return on March 24 when they travel to Washington, Pa. for the Vulcan Fire Classic.
