Former Ram Owen Elliott Wins West Virginia Amateur

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. – Former Shepherd University standout golfer Owen Elliott won the 106 West Virginia Amateur at The Greenbrier. Elliott concluded the fourth day of competition on Wednesday with a seven-under-par 273 to win by six strokes.
