SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Shepherd University Director of Athletics Carrie Bodkins recently announced that Dr. Melissa Hall has been named head women's golf coach. Hall, previously an assistant coach for the Rams under head coach Chuck Ingram, will take over the head coaching duties for the women's team, while Ingram will concentrate his efforts as the head coach of the men's team.

Hall, an associate professor in recreation and sport studies at Shepherd, helped mentor All-PSAC performer Sara Veara this past season.
