SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Senior offensive lineman
Brandon Carr (Reisterstown, Md./Franklin) of the Shepherd University football team has been named to the 2025
D2Football.com Preseason Elite 100 Watch List. Carr was named a second team selection.
Carr earned first team All-PSAC East honors in 2024 as he helped anchor an offensive line that helped Shepherd lead NCAA II in team competion percentage (.694) while averaging 21.18 points per game. Carr also garnered second team D2CCA All-Super Region One honors last season.
