HAGERSTOWN, Md. – The Shepherd University women's golf team finished in fifth place in a nine-team field after final round action of the Millersville Women's Fall Classic at the Black Rock Golf Course on Sunday. Marymount took the team title with a 609 (+33). Senior Sara Veara (Berkeley Springs, W.Va./Berkeley Springs) fired a two-round total of 143 (-1) to take medalist honors.
 
Veara was followed by freshman Natalee Johnson (Front Royal, Va./Skyline) (90, 18th), sophomore Kaylie Brown (Williamsport, Md./Williamsport) (177, T-25th), freshman Addison Buckland (New Market, Md./Urbana) (193, 37th), sophomore Allison Wallace (Kearneysville, W.Va./Homeschooled) (215, 44th), freshman Madison Burns (Hagerstown, Md./Grace Academy) (249, 47th), sophomore Paige Stickley (Walkersville, Md./Walkersville) (265, 48th),and senior Ava Biafore (Morgantown, W.Va./Morgantown) (139, 62nd),
 
The Rams return to action on Sunday when they travel to the Kutztown Fall Classic.
