Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, check-in time 8:30 am at the Shepherd University Soccer Field.  
Warm-Up: 9:00 am - 9:10am.  
Technical Session: 9:10 am - 9:30 am
Small Sided Play: 9:30 am - 10:00 am
Expanded Small Sided Play: 10:00 am - 10:45 am
Scrimmage: 10:45 am - 11:45 am
Q&A Session with current Shepherd Women's Soccer players and coaching staff 11:45 am - 12:00 pm
Ages Welcome: (If you are in HS this year) Grades 9th-12th (2030-2027)
Gender: Female
Location: Shepherd Soccer Complex (Check-in, training sessions will be at the Shepherd Soccer Complex) – Shepherd University.

Cost: $150 (SUWS T-Shirt Included with purchase).
 
About the Camp: This ID Camp is designed to evaluate players that aspire to play at the collegiate level. The training sessions will be both challenging and competitive.  Players will experience a typical Rams training session and get a feel for the coaching style and the culture of the program. The clinic will also include a question and answer portion with Coach Meals and current players after the morning's scrimmage session. 

The Shepherd University coaching staff will assess each player's technical ability, tactical awareness, physical presence and psychological toughness throughout each session. Athletic training personnel and water will be provided at the filed during the sessions.  Participants must bring their own water bottle, shin guards and appropriate footwear for field turf and campus tour.

Players will participate in the following:

• Advanced Game Specific Scenarios in:
  • Success in 1v1 situations (offensively & defensively)
  • Purposeful possession in tight spaces & areas
  • Tactical concepts (position specific)
  • Varied finishing technique
• College-level strength & conditioning principles 
• Scrimmage Opportunities
