KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Shepherd (2-14, 1-11 PSAC East) fell twice to #15 Kutztown (12-5, 8-4 PSAC East) in PSAC East women's lacrosse action at Kutztown on Saturday. The Golden Bears gained a 17-3 win in a game that was resumed after being suspended on April 1 at Shepherd. Kutztown added a 20-3 win in the later game.

Hadley Robertson (New Market, Md./Linganore) each scored a goal for the Rams in the game resumed from April 1.
Junior defender
Luetta Seipp (Hampstead, Md./Manchester Valley) led the defensive effort with four caused turnovers and four ground balls.
Katie Yocum scored four goals to lead the Golden Bears. Lauren LaMorte added three goals and an assist.
Freshman netminder
Bailey Terry (Rockville, Md./Academy of the Holy Cross) (19:24, 7 GA, 4 saves) and senior goalkeeper
Destiny Rockwell (Glengary, W.Va./Musselman) (40:36, 10 GA, 8 saves) teamed up to record 12 saves for the Rams. Marisa Bragg posted 13 saves for the \Golden Bears.
The Golden Bears had a 35-25 advantage in shots and a 29-16 edge in shots on goal. Shepherd was 16-of-20 in clears while Kutztown was 24-of-28. The Golden Bears had a 29-21 advantage in ground balls and a 14-8 edge in draw controls.
Yocum had seven goals and Sophie Engelhardt netted three for Kutztown in the later contest.
Robertson had a goal and an assist to pace the Rams. Forney and sophomore attacker
Kloey Batchellor (Hanover, Pa./South Western/York College) each netted a goal.
Terry (30:45, 10 GA, 5 saves) and Rockwell (29:45, 10 GA, 9 saves) combined for 14 saves for the Rams. Bragg posted three saves for the Golden Bears.
Kutztown had a 43-7 edge in shots with a 34-6 advantage in shots on goal. Shepherd was 10-of-15 in clears, while Kutztown was 16-of-18. The Golden Bears had a 17-8 edge in draw controls.
The Rams conclude the 2026 season.
