Biography

Prior to Shepherd: A 2014 graduate of Forestville High School where he played football for Charles Harley. Lettered in football and wrestling. Gained All-State, All-County and County All-Star football honors as a senior. Also garnered All-County wrestling honors.

Personal: The son of Justin and Brigetta Proctor. Is undecided upon a major. His father played football for Delaware State, while his mother played basketball for Morgan State.
