2019: Appeared in nine games with four starts ... recorded 10 tackles (6 solo).

2018: Did not participate.

2017: Appeared in 11 games with one start ... recorded 16 tackles (10 solos) with 3.0 tackles-for-loss (-7 yards) ... added a pair of interceptions, two pass breakups, and a fumble recovery.

2016: Appeared in 13 games... recorded 38 tackles (27 solo) including 2.5 tackles-for-loss (-3 yards)... also recorded one sack, three pass break ups and one interception for 17 yards.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2016 graduate of Hylton High School where he played football for Tony Lilly ...  gained All-Region honors at linebacker and All-Conference honors at running back ... had 829 all-purpose yards, 10 TD’s, 185 Tackles, 28 pass deflections, 4.5 sacks, and four interceptions.

Personal: The son of Kathleen Roberson and Avery Austin ... majoring in sociology.
