2016: Appeared in 11 games. Recorded 24 tackles including 15 solo.  Added one forced fumble and five pass break ups.

2015: Appeared in all 14 games. Recorded 21 tackles (14 solo), including 1.5 tackle-for-loss (-5 yards), one pass break up and two recovered fumbles.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2014 graduate of Southern High School where he played football for Ross Meyers ... a two-time first team All-County choice ... gained honorable mention All-State honors at running back as a junior and senior ... had 103 carries for 1,071 yards and 18 touchdowns as a senior... added a pair of interceptions ... named to Baltimore Touchdown Club Super 22.
