Prior to Shepherd: A 2016 graduate of Thomas Dale High School where he played for Kevin Tucker ... helped lead his team to back-to-back conference championships  ... set a school record with 412 career tackles ... led his team to the conference and regional titles in 2015, and to the state semi-final game ... served as defensive captain ... garnered First Team All-State, First Team All-Conference, First Team All-Region and First Team All-Area honors ... earned First Team All-State and All-Conference his junior season, and conference and county accolades his sophomore season ... finished with three interceptions, 35 tackles for loss and 25 sacks.

Personal: Son of Kenny and Angela Stark ... majoring in business finance with a minor in coaching.
