Prior to Shepherd: A 2017 graduate of Martinsburg High School where he played football for Dave Walker ... was a team captain and garnered All-State accolades ...  helped lead Martinsburg to a 14-0 record and State Championship as a senior ... allowed  only four sacks during the 14-game undefeated season ... team amassed 3,297 yards rushing, 57 rushing touchdowns, 2,554 yards passing, 32 passing touchdowns with a net total offense of 5,851 yards the offense averaged 417 yards per game ... posted the highest scoring offense in Martinsburg High School Football history with 732 points ... helped lead Martinsburg to Max Preps Tour of Champions, ranking in the top 50 nationally ... a transfer from West Virginia University where he played football for Neil Brown ... gained first team Academic All-Big 12, 4.0 All-Big 12, and Presidential Ambassador honors.

Personal: The son of Lori and Robert Stilley ... majoring in athletic administration and coaching ... his brother-in-law, Ryan Potts, played football for the Rams from 2009-14 and is a 2014 Shepherd graduate ... named Outstanding Interscholastic Athletic Administration Student in 2021.
