Prior to Shepherd: A 2011 graduate of Leonardtown High School where she played lacrosse for Ken McIlhenny... lettered in lacrosse and field hockey... a member of three Southern Maryland Athletic Conference champion lacrosse teams... a Second Team All-Conference choice in field hockey as a senior... a Minds in Motion Scholar Athlete honoree.
Personal: The daughter of Andrew and Mary Kaye Roper... majoring in nursing.
