Prior to Shepherd: A 2020 graduate of Hammonton High School where he played baseball for Gregg Silvestri ... batted .322 with 39 hits in 121 at-bats ... added four doubles, three triples, and drove in 11 runs ... drew 30 walks, had 11 stolen bases, and was hit-by-pitch four times.... won the Chris Sacco Award.

Personal: The son of Helen and Tom Serechia ... majoring in business administration ...his sister, Geanna Serechia, played softball at Post University (2017-18) ... his cousin, Xavier Czepiel, played baseball at Rowan College Gloucester Campus (2017-18) and Southern New Hampshire (2018-19).
