Entering his first season on the Shepherd staff is Demetreus Jalepes. Jalepes is a graduate assistant for the strength and conditioning program and also serves as director of football operations.
Prior to coming to Shepherd, Jalepes was a five-year player at Bridgewater College from 2017-2021 and a captain of the 2019 ODAC Championship team.
Jalepes graduated for Bridgewater in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and nutritional science.
He joined the Shepherd staff in the summer of 2022 and is currently working on his MBA with an emphasis on sport management. He assists the team during training sessions in the weight room and on the field. He also works on monitoring the rehabilitation of players.
