2019: Appeared and started in all 13 games at left tackle ... Ostrow keyed an offensive line that helped the Shepherd offense rank first nationally in passing offense (347.0) and tackles-for-loss allowed (3.23) ... Shepherd also ranked third in completion percentage (.703), fifth in first downs offense (324), and sixth in sacks allowed (0.85) and total offense (507.0) ... garnered Don Hansen Football Gazette honorable mention All-American honors.

2018: Appeared in 10 games with nine starts ... gained honorable mention All-MEC honors as he helped anchor an offensive line that led the MEC in passing offense (304.0) ... a member of the Shepherd University Debate and Forensics Team that was named national champions in 2019.

2017: Appeared in 10 games.

2016: Redshirted.

Prior to Shepherd:  A 2016 graduate of Franklin High School where he played for Anthony Burgos ... also wrestled for Franklin ... member of the 2014 and 2013 3A Maryland State Champion teams ... named to All-State First Team in 2015 ... selected to Baltimore Touchdown Club's Super 22 High School Football Team in 2015.

Personal:  The son of Stan and Leah Ostrow  ... his brother, Evan, is also on the Ram football team ... graduated in 2019 with a degree in political science ... is now pursuing a master's degree.
