Biography

2016: Appeared in all 14 games.  Named to All-MEC First Team with 16 catches for 225 yards and two solo tackles. Named to Don Hansen's Football Gazette All Super Region 1 Third Team Offense.

2015: Appeared in 13 games with 11 starts. A second team All-MEC selection as he had three catches for 23 yards, including a pair of touchdown grabs. Added one tackle.

2014: Played in 10 games with seven starts. Had 10 receptions for 139 yards.

2013: Played in 11 games with six starts. Had seven receptions for 72 yards.

Personal: The son of Joel Deason and Janet Vanvickle. A 2013 graduate of Riverbend HS, Deason is majoring in business with a concentration in financial planning with a minor in accounting.
