Biography

2016:  Appeared in seven games.  Recorded two catches for 21 yards.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2014 graduate of Bowie High School where he played football for Joe Jackson... lettered in football and baseball... member of the 2012 4A South Baseball Champion team... a second team All-County selection... named a 2013 Prince Georges County All-Star... had 18 receptions for 452 yards and  three touchdowns as a senior.

Personal: The son of Michael Phillips and Beverly Rouse...majoring in sport communication... his brother, Michael, is a defensive back at Gannon.
